You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Overview: Lebanon Middle School seeks a fulltime 5th Grade Teacher for theyear and beyond. This educator will be responsible for teaching core subjects and serving as an advisor to 5thgrade students in our learnercentered environment. Specific teaching assignments (STEM or Humanities focus) will be determined based on the strengths of the selected candidates and our teams needs. The Ideal candidate will need to be able to: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture. Embrace innovative teaching practices such as Project & ProblemBased Learning. Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning. Engage students in realworld applications of math science literacy and social studies. Work well in a teambased model and contribute to a strong professional learning community.
The regular work schedule is 7.5 hours a day MondayFriday with a 30minute dutyfree lunch. This position would fall under the Lebanon Education Association (Teachers Union).
General Job Responsibilities: Teach 5thgrade core subjects with an emphasis on engagement inquiry and interdisciplinary connections. Serve as an advisor supporting students academic and socialemotional growth. Collaborate with gradelevel and subjectarea colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences and ensure alignment. Communicate effectively with families and colleagues. Contribute to a positive school culture and participate in professional development.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education or related field is preferred. Valid NH teaching license in Elementary Education. At least 3 years of teaching experience are preferred. Strong technology integration skills

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 15 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Full-Time
