Opportunities & Exposure
This role will give you the opportunity to be part of BENEFIT and work collaboratively with teams in an international & culturally diverse environment especially with training responsibilities.
Monthly Training report
Ensure timely submission of monthly training report within the region
Consolidate and comply report to be submitted to Regional Education director.
Identify areas of improve/challenges from the market
Social media training management
Coordinate training preparation for social media program
Partner on social media training for Instagram and other online training platform
Training coordination
Manage training logistics for classroom training & education event
Involve in all training set ups
Plan and proposal interactive training activities for virtual training
Compile training outcome after each training session
Qualifications :
Requirements
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated detailed and effective time management
- Strong multitasker with good planning organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office applications and strong excel skills
- Able to commit for a full time 6 months internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25
