Were looking for an Data/Market Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in analyzing energy market rules validating settlement data and driving continuous improvement in our business processes.
This hybrid role 2 days remote / 3 days onsite) offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of energy operations data analysis and innovation.
What Youll Do
Analyze and validate daily weekly and monthly energy market settlement data.
Perform energy scheduling forecasting submissions and capacity filing requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate data submissions to Independent System Operators (ISO).
Create supplier invoices track variances and deliver insightful reporting.
Lead and implement process improvements across business functions.
Participate in ISO member committee meetings and stay informed on market rule changes.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
2 years of analytical or problemsolving experience.
Strong skills in Excel Access and other MS Office tools.
A motivated selfstarter who is highly organized and eager to learn.
Excellent communicator with the ability to lead small teams and drive results.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Meter Data Management Systems or Customer Service Systems.
Familiarity with ISO systems (e.g. PJM InSchedule ISONE CAMS).
Proficiency in SQL SAS MicroStrategy or other BI tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Salary: Up to $98K (BOE)
This role is longterm temporary expected to last 6 months or longer. It may become a permanent position.
