Chief Information Officer
We are searching for a Chief Information Officer who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others.
In this vital position the Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be heavily engaged in Riverside strategic planning and and ultimately responsible for the alignment of digital technology and information systems with the business strategy to improve access to quality care.
The CIO will:
- provide strategic and visionary leadership and operate as a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team and a key partner and advisor to Riverside department heads and the Board of Directors
- be an expert in the implementation and optimization of business systems and possess a comprehensive understanding of the current and evolving technology landscape
- oversee the management of all technology resources strategies and initiatives including technology enabled business processes
- develop champion and communicate the vision and implement appropriate infrastructure tools and techniques to facilitate its enterprisewide
- demonstrate understanding of the business units needs with a strong emphasis on customer serviceand collaboration in addition to representing the technologies that support the organization
- lead by example and influence; constantly learning improving efficiency ensuring information security enhancing cost and operational effectiveness and profitability
- bring strong personal and organizational leadership along with diverse business and technical acumen to drive change and innovation throughout Riverside
Schedule: FullTime 40 hours
- Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

Required Skills
- Highly proficient leadership and management skills and competencies
- Effective investment and financial management skills and ability to apply concepts to establish and meet goals

- Ability to manage at both a broad and tactical level
- Ability to manage key performance indicators identifying appropriate metrics and manage performance to agreedupon service levels
Required Experience
- BA BS or masters degree in a Computer Science or Information Systems related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- 15 years of progressively challenging IT leadership experience with at least five years in senior leadership. Strong preference for Human Services Health Care Benefits or regulated industry experience
- Experience in a similar position with demonstrated staff building and organizational design and development responsibilities
- Experience as a leader of leaders in a Technology organization with multiple levels of management
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise business applications delivery infrastructure network and telecom IT Security Service Desk and enduser computing
- Demonstrated experience leading largescale complex enterprisewide projects as required
- Experience developing a bottomup budget and forecasting operating and capital costs
- Experience with IaaS PaaS SaaS and other cloud delivery solutions
