Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with wafer and backend teams to handle excursions through FA containment RC risk assessment and disposition while protecting HDD
- Develop a QA Connect Page for all QA related documentation and KPIs
- Converge CMS MRB issue tracker to WDITR
- Unify DPPM WAIS/SBR/EWR practice
- Drive 8D closure through CAPA to prevent reoccurrence
- Digitalize and automate to eliminate QA manual and repetitive tasks
- Promote Quality Culture in wafer fab including process equipment and operation teams
- Collaborate with FA and yield engineering to assure wafer outgoing quality
- Facilitate process FMEAs
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree with 5 years or masters degree with 2 years experience in wafer fab engineering of magnetic head CMOS or other products of comparable complexity
- Knowledge of the integrated process flow from wafer start to finish is strongly preferred
- Project leadership to coordinate facilitate and drive actions of crossfunctional teams
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Programming skills include dashboard machine learning webpage creation
