Job Description

Our client in Constantia Hills Cape Town is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and possess strong multitasking and organizational skills. A Matric certificate is required with industryrelevant qualifications being advantageous. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to work independently and strong problemsolving abilities. A valid drivers license is nonnegotiable as the candidate may be required to run errands for the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Industry relevant qualifications advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Must have a drivers license (this is nonnegotiable)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • May be required to run errands for the CEO

DUTIES:

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Organize manage and maintain the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Correspondence Handling: Manage emails phone calls and other communications ensuring timely responses and followups.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries including flights accommodations and transportation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize meetings events and engagements handling logistics and necessary documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports presentations and documents as required. Maintain organized records and files.
  • Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management: Handle personal tasks such as shopping reservations household management and other lifestylerelated duties. Drive the CEO and family members to appointments.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
HOURS:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 16:30
