The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and possess strong multitasking and organizational skills. A Matric certificate is required with industryrelevant qualifications being advantageous. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to work independently and strong problemsolving abilities. DUTIES:
Diary & Schedule Management: Organize manage and maintain the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
Correspondence Handling: Manage emails phone calls and other communications ensuring timely responses and followups.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries including flights accommodations and transportation.
Event Coordination: Organize meetings events and engagements handling logistics and necessary documentation.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports presentations and documents as required. Maintain organized records and files.
Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management: Handle personal tasks such as shopping reservations household management and other lifestylerelated duties. Drive the CEO and family members to appointments.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
