About the role

Rubrik is looking for an experienced and motivated AI Program Manager to join the AI Legal team. You will play a crucial role in accelerating Rubriks AI programs and initiatives and ensure smooth daytoday operations. You will report to Rubriks Senior AI Counsel and work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Engineering Procurement Information Security and IT to boost productivity and ensure seamless of activities project management and process improvement. We are looking for someone technically sharp and analytical but who also has a knack for understanding business and strategic needs of an organization. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency attention to detail and organizational and communication skills. Youll be instrumental in scaling Rubriks AI operations globally.

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working with tech executives and vendors and able to work efficiently and crossfunctionally to execute on behalf of Rubriks AI Committee and AI Governance Subcommittee enabling Rubrik to harness the power of AI in a secure and responsible manner. You have executive communication skills and are proficient at running technical meetings. You are selfdirected and a strategic problem solver. Finally you can handle complexity and ambiguity with proven ability to drive multiple programs concurrently and manage competing priorities.

What Youll Do:

• Project Management:
• Drive technical & strategic AI programs and build strong partnerships with key crossfunctional stakeholders including but not limited to Engineering Product Procurement Information Security and IT to drive business goals and ensure program success.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams for project and monitor progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization on matters related to area of responsibility.
• Legal Operations Support:
• Provide operational and administrative support to the AI Legal team including coordinating meetings preparing documentation and maintaining records.
• Manage the intake and processing of AI tool requests from various departments.
• Conduct research regarding legal and technical issues.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing AI processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI operations.
• Technology and Record Management:
• Implement manage and optimize technology solutions.
• Create and implement employee training relating to AI tools policies and processes.
• Oversee and manage AI Legal team records ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Experience Youll Need:

• 58 years of experience in program management or legal operations.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence technology and concepts including machine learning large language models (LLMs) RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) and Generative AI.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in project and data analysis.
• Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across nondirect reporting teams.
• Proven track record in project and business management with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and executing projects in a complex organizational environment and working on several diverse projects at the same time.
• Superb communication skills in both verbal and written forms with the ability to craft and deliver content to operating teams as well as senior executives.
• Ability to excel in ambiguity and demonstrate solid judgment and rigor while executing in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent with Google Suite and Slack.
• Data driven and passionate about AI tools and technology.

Nice To Have:

• BS in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related technical field or JD degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• 5 years experience at a large tech company or law firm leading AI and/or legal operations and program management.
• Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g. EU AI Act NIST AI RMF GDPR CCPA).
