Job Summary

You will manage a complex Select National Account (SNA) and Commercial Account contracts process as well as the Request for Proposal (RFP) process that includes working with attorneys internal and external business personnel. You may also assist with other types of contracts and respond to requests for nondisclosure (NDA) agreements. You will be the administrator for the contract management database and will be the primary point of contact for internal users of the database. You will maintain accurate and uptodate information in the database for each SNA Commercial Account RFP NDA or other agreement submitted to the Legal Department for review. You will provide weekly SNA Commercial Account and RFP status reports to the President Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel. In addition you will maintain all Servpro form agreements and checklists for SNAs Commercial Accounts and RFPs and revise as requested by the President Chief Legal Officer or Deputy General Counsel.

In addition you will complete special projects and support the Legal Departments key initiatives and Strategic Plan.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • SNA Commercial Account RFP and NDA contract management including scheduling and attending meetings preparing meeting minutes managing contract negotiation and contract revision process redline edits weekly status reports monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Administrator / point of contact for the contract management database.

  • Administrative and customer service support for assigned tasks and goals.

  • Complete special projects as assigned within the required timeframe.

  • General department administrative duties including answering calls and emails from internal and external clients or customers.

  • Maintain daytimer and Outlook tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read write and speak the English language to communicate with employees customers suppliers in person on the phone and by written communications in a clear straightforward and professional manner.

  • Minimum of five 5 years paralegal/contract and office/administrative experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Type a minimum of 60 words per minute. Experience using Lexis for legal research.

  • Ability to manage a major contract process involving core clients several internal departments and tight deadlines. Ability to understand general contract terms and conditions.

  • Written and presentation skills basic math decisionmaking ability administrative/organizational skills must be able to effectively multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.

  • Training and experience should include: managing a complex and critical contract process preparing general contract terms and conditions written and presentation skills decisionmaking administrative/organizational skills and basic math skills.

Education

  • High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years of college including Paralegal Certification.

Working Conditions

  • Fastpaced high pressure office environment.

  • Standard working hours based on a 40 hour work week.

  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete testing assignments and projects on schedule.

  • Minimal travel as required for business needs.
