Job Description
Job Summary:
Brad Deery Motors Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in Maquoketa Iowa. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the auto industry. The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicles ensuring they meet highquality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional auto body repair services.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour and will be paid weekly. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package that include medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match paid time off and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
Repair and restore damaged vehicles using various tools and techniques
Conduct thorough inspections to assess the extent of damage and create a detailed repair plan
Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
Repair dents scratches and other imperfections on vehicle surfaces
Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
Utilize computerized systems to track progress and ensure accurate repairs
Communicate with customers and provide updates on repair progress
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician
Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques tools and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must have own set of tools
