The Director of People & Culture (P&C) Technology is responsible for managing the daily operations and workload of the P&C Technology team. This role requires being a player/coach and will have significant involvement in executing tasks that support the strategic roadmap of Workday and other relevant people technologies. This role will partner closely with global P&C leaders across the functional and business partnering teams as well as other business finance and corporate technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Leads process improvement and automation initiatives development and enhancement of existing technology to improve processes that reduce complexity and cost.
Leads the Workday strategy and continued adoption consulting for people and processes enabled by technology.
Builds maintains and directs the roadmap for delivering innovative and automated solutions while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications needed.
Leads a team of direct reports with multiple projects deliverables and aggressive deadlines.
Coaches reviews and delegates work to team while continuing to facilitate team development and growth.
Serves as program manager overseeing multiple projects including planning testing deployment ongoing maintenance and technology evolution responding to scope changes and continued enhancement requests.
Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization and makes decisions that have a considerable impact on the overall success of our technology.
Manages large projects and is acknowledged as the authority on P&C technology particularly Workday. Requires being a player/coach with ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
Builds and maintains relevant relationships with stakeholders while communicating with cross functional teams (P&C legal finance IT) and monitoring prompt response and support for technical issues.

Qualifications
5 years of Workday experience with multiple implementations and production support across HCM Recruiting Benefits Payroll Time & Absence Talent Compensation and Learning.
Demonstrates extensive handson ability and proven success with managing configuration of the full suite of Workday HCM solutions.
Ability to successfully work on multiple projects work streams and aggressive deadlines.
Workday Pro certification(s) and Project Management certification(s) preferred.
