Job Description
As a Claims Advisor for Vehicle and Leisure your role is central to Youis reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in endtoend service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers youll utilise your exceptional problemsolving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
The role
- Onsite and full time working MondayFriday with set and consistent hours
- No experience required as full paid training provided
- Manage your own portfolio of claims
- Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be the direct point of contact for customers service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim
About you
- Great communication skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration with high attention to detail is a bonus
- Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments
- Strong problemsolving skills and sound decisionmaking capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
