Job Description
SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS ESY ALL PROGRAMS
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide consultation and direct Speech and Language services to BEEP K8 High School and/or PostSecondary/Transition students who require an Extended School Year (ESY) per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide direct services to students as indicated on caseload IEP
- Support students with a range of needs with communication and social skills
- Coordination of related service and service only student support
- Consult with ESY teachers
- Adapt as needed to changes in student and/or team response available treatment locations and educational activities
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
QUALIFICATIONSPREFERRED
- Massachusetts DESE Speech certificationrequired
SCHEDULE
- July 7 2025 August 14 2025
- 9:00 2:00 Monday Thursday; Hours sites ages and schedule are dependent on caseload
- Additional 2 days of training prior to start of program
- Additional 30 minutes per day for planning
