Job Description

Internet Sales/BDC Manager

This is your opportunity to lead a team of sharp & dedicated Internet Sales Consultants. Previous Dealership managers or topsales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and establish followsup with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
  • Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management

Qualifications

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
