About the Job
Systels business is growing especially with product which needs conformal coating. We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our production team with primary responsibility for conformally coating electronics both by hand and with our Specialty Coating Systems automated machine. This individual will need to be/become a subject matter expert in programming the machine reworking boards with conformal coating quality issues and establishing best practices for conformal coating production. In addition this individual will need to be a strong team player focused on helping the overall organization be successful and flexing over to assist with assembly work when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conformal Coating
- Preconformal coating testing/inspection
- Conformal coating masking
- Conformal coating application
- Programming of automated conformal coating machine
- Conformal coating inspection/touchup
- Evaluating conformal coating processes and recommending improvements
- Electromechanical assembly
- Mechanical (hardware) assembly
- Integrating electronics into sheetmetal chassis
- Wiring electronics within a confined space within a chassis

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months experience doing conformal coating or similar application work
- US Citizenship or permanent U.S. residency required.
