Responsibilities

As a graduate quantity surveyor youll join us on a journey to become a professionally qualified surveyor with membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Not only will you be working alongside industry leading professionals you will be allocated a dedicated supervisor and counsellor to assist you during your training as well as bespoke support from our APC provider. We also run a global mentoring programme which graduates are actively encouraged to join and take advantage of.
Our 140strong team of project managers and surveyors know buildings. We have a long and successful history of working closely with owners and occupiers helping them with surveying managing building project costs sustainability issues and building services.
In this role you will be working within the Quantity Surveying team and will be responsible for
- Adhoc costing exercises in support of senior staff
- Collating and filing electronic information on projects
- Assisting senior staff on valuation site visits
- Researching information as required by senior staff
- Measurement from drawings on our CATO system (training provided)
