Job Description
SUMMARY
Mills Automotive Group is looking for a Used Car Director to join our growing sales department. We are looking for a dynamic employee focused manager who thrives on getting results. Youll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vehicle pricing
- Getting involved with deals customerfacing
- Inventory management including buying selling & wholesale
- Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
- Manage the used car inventory and process lease returns
- Help manage all other aspects of the preowned sales department
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deal
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Desk Deals Track Gross Logs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior automotive preowned sales managerial experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet CDK ELEAD CRM)
- Current valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
