Job Overview

Investors Clinic is seeking a motivated Sales Representative Associate to join our growing team. This fulltime junior position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves working in dynamic locations including Ambala Mohali Jaipur Noida and Haridwar. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing our presence in the real estate market and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships consistently.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written for effective client interactions and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability in revenue generation and increasing sales through various strategies.
  • Prior experience as a real estate consultant demonstrating the ability to guide clients successfully.
  • Proficiency in direct sales methodologies to engage potential clients and close transactions efficiently.
  • Capability to work effectively in a team environment contributing to collective goals and success.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends for better sales forecasting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Liaising between customers and the company for uptodate status of service pricing and new product release launches.
  • Establishing maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Achieving the sales target.
  • Continuous follow up with the customers.
  • Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
