Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Claims Representative. The role involves investigating evaluating negotiating and resolving claims requiring a multifaceted approach and strong problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess the extent of damages or losses for assigned property claims
- Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop effective solutions for claim challenges
- Ensure thorough and timely resolution of each claim
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in a collaborative atmosphere
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and a customercentric approach
- Exhibit a sense of ownership and solid analytical and decisionmaking skills
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of three 3 years of progressive experience in adjusting residential and commercial claims or a combination of education and experience
- State applicable Adjusters license(s) required
- AIC and professional designation specific to claims are pluses
Daytoday
The Inside Claims Representative will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and assessing property claims collaborating with the Unit Manager and ensuring timely and effective claim resolution. Strong communication analytical and decisionmaking skills are essential for success in this role.
