Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto manage a team of roving maintenance technicians. Youll work closely with a team of administrators to coordinate schedules approve material purchases and oversee projects. While this is primarily an officebased role occasional visits to job sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of maintenance workers assigning tasks and ensuring that they are completed safely and efficiently.
- Working with administrators to manage schedules and work orders
- Manage maintenance budgets including forecasting expenses for repairs and upgrades
- Approving material purchases and managing inventory
- Overseeing projects and ensuring completion to company standards
- Working with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Handling vendor relations including hiring negotiating and managing contracts
- Occasionally visiting job sites for oversight and troubleshooting
- Communicating with property managers and tenants to provide status updates
- Ensuring safety compliance and following company policies
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general maintenance electrical welding HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Software: Experience working with MS Office Suite Yardi and Asana
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in apartment or residential property maintenance
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing a team of 5
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
- Valid CA Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Candite must reside within the Los Angeles/San Fernando area
