Business Analyst / BA 450.00 per day Inside IR35 3 Months Hybrid
Day Rate: 400.00 450.00 per day (Inside IR35
Duration: 3 Months (Possible extensions)
Location: London 2 days per week in the office)

Identify Solutions is exclusively working witha global business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients worldwide. Due several new projects they are now looking to hire a Business Analyst / BA for at least the next 3 months.
As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in capturing and defining both functional and nonfunctional requirements conducting process work and analysing existing documents using asis/tobe methodologies. You will facilitate workshops to ensure maximum value from stakeholders time and work closely with our product and customer experience (CX) teams to drive successful project outcomes. You will be involved in large complex projects providing key insights and analysis to support successful delivery.
Skills & Experience required:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of capturing functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Experience with process analysis and improvement.
Proficiency in using asis/tobe methodologies.
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead productive workshops.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with product and CX teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
Experience working in a global business environment is highly desirable.
