Job Description
Summary
Pick up product from Staging Area and off load onto Rack Shelving units Floor locations or Stack Racks
- When placing product accurately scan all merchandise utilizing RF gun
- Pick up product from Rack Shelving Units Floor locations or Stack Racks and off load onto Dock / Bay area
- When placing product accurately scan all merchandise utilizing RF gun
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure full compliance of all safety programs both while operating and not operating material handling equipment
- All other duties as assigned
Competencies
- Technical Knowledge of WMS
- Experience using RF units & processes
- Accurate movement of product through use of product scanning
- Ability to drive Industrial Lift Equipment Order Picker (comfortable with Height / Elevation)
- Ability to lift / move product
- Ability to work independently
Work Environment
- Fast paced work environment in a light industrial setting
Physical Demands
- High degree of physical activity to include: Significant lifting Standing Walking is required
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department including weekends
- Must be able to pass lift assessment with a push pull requirement of 250 lbs
- Must be able to operate an electric lift forklift and tugger
- Must be able to operate an RF gun
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions reading and writing and having knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures as required by the position.
