Who is Old Yale Brewing
Old Yale Brewing is thrilled to announce the opening of our third location in Beaumont Alberta! This 11000 sq ft 400seat Craft Brewery Kitchen will feature a brandnew 7.5hectoliter brewery 3 patios 20 beers on tap plus a selection of wine cider and cocktails.
With this exciting expansion were looking for Bartenders to join Team OYB and play a key role in preparing for our grand opening!
The Bartender will ultimately be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food additionally taking any food orders by customers sitting at the bar.
Responsibilities:
Mixing garnishing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to menu specifications.
Providing information on menu items and guiding customers through drink options.
Taking orders and ensuring guests feel cared for during their time at Old Yale Brewing
Operating point of sale terminals and providing bills to customers.
Monitoring bar inventory and ordering supplies and ingredients when needed.
Ensuring compliance with provincial liquor laws.

Qualifications:

Flexible Dependable and dedicated.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
