The Role
We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Redistribution Driver & Battery Swap Operator to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting and maintaining Beryls Bike and EScooter share scheme throughout Norwich by ensuring our fleet of bikes ebikes and escooters is operational and accessible to our customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carry out the battery swaps for our fleet of e bikes and escooters throughout Norwich;
- Redistribute bikes/scooters between our workshop and the scheme whilst flagging asset issues through our integrated app;
- Use our technology provided to plan workload and keep work records;
- Take responsibility for the charging of our electrical assets;
- Help to support continuous service improvements;
- Provide general support to our customer base onstreet assist with hire enquiries and provide exemplary customer service;
- Perform adhoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Hold a full clean and valid Driving Licence;
- Have a cando attitude;
- Be punctual and highly motivated;
- Have flexibility in relation to shift allocation;
- Confident with lone working able to work well independently;
- Good local knowledge is an advantage.
