Your work environment at EXP
We are currently seeking a C.E.T with experience in land development and municipal Infrastructure projects that include site grading site servicing stormwater management design and construction review
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
- Coordinate project drawings with project managers CAD staff and others
- Ensure that the projects needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division
What your experience looks like
- Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T. with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement along with strong computer software skills in Word Excel & MS Project
- Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards
- Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
- Independent Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fastpaced turnaround environment
