Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients conducting outreach and building relationships to generate leads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment is resultsdriven and has a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients across industries that would benefit from our digital services.
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn email and phone calls to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and nurture relationships.
Sales & Business Development - Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Work closely with senior business development managers to refine sales strategies.
- Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support the negotiation and closing of deals.
Networking & Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Attend industry events networking meetups and webinars to promote our agency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration & Reporting - Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities pipeline status and sales performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the business development process.
Requirements - 1 years of experience in sales business development or digital marketing (internships or entrylevel experience considered).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach (email LinkedIn and phone).
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn about our services.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and eager to take on challenges.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) is a plus.
