Your mission
What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do you might ask
Well this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail this is what you will do in your day to day job:
- Act as level1 support to assist internal users on various applications in daily support system training Q&A etc.
- Identify and trouble application problems leveraging your accounting and technology knowledge and communicate with IT technical teams.
- Escalate enquires in a timely manner to the development team for fixes or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification.
- Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality.
- Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base.
- Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in IT areas such IT solution implementation IT support etc.
- English (C1 with excellent communication skills Chinese is a strong plus!
- Experience using MS office solution.
- A passion for technology and desire to provide superior customer service.
