We are hiring a Senior IT Manager to join our team and lead our DevOps initiatives across the UK. In this role you will provide strategic leadership and guidance driving the evolution of DevOps and engineering practices to deliver exceptional results.
As a Senior IT Manager you will lead a highperforming DevOps team of 56 Engineers fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth innovation and continuous improvement. You will set the strategic direction for DevOps and engineering practices in the UK and play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of automation CI/CD pipelines and cloud services while fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring a handson approach to managing DevOps strategies enabling developers to deliver highquality software faster and more efficiently.
An indepth knowledge of IT emerging technologies and DevOps principles is essential as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across all levels of the organisation.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Services Git SonarQube Veracode Terraform Selenium Artifactory is advantageous.
