What awaits you
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define analyze document and manage requirements for complex product development projects.
Conduct workshops and reviews with stakeholders to gather clarify and validate requirements ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Utilize advanced tools like IBM DOORS Polarion or PTC Windchill to structure and manage requirements effectively.
Ensure traceability and compliance of requirements with industry standards such as ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 ISO 26262 or ASPICE.
Facilitate requirements verification and validation activities across hardware and software integration projects.
Drive the adoption of stateoftheart methodologies including modelbased systems engineering (MBSE) and AIassisted requirement analysis.
Foster collaboration and alignment among diverse stakeholders promoting structured requirements engineering processes and best practices.

Qualification: You have a degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Software or Systems Engineering) or a related technical field and thrive in a talentdriven environment composed of engineers and technical professionals.
Experience: You have up to 1.5 years of experience in requirements management and engineering ideally within complex system development projects.
Communication: You possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both local and international stakeholders. Business travel excites you and offers a chance to broaden your experience and network.
Commitment: You are eager to develop yourself personally and professionally. You are ready to fully commit to mastering advanced requirements engineering tools and methodologies.
