Job Description

Technical Writer

We are looking for a technical writer to become our leading product expert. This important member of our Product Support team will deep dive into our the industryleading online booking tool to document and share its functionality and updates with the 15000 person business that sells and implements it.

Responsiblities:

  • Create diagrams roadmaps matrixes presentations and other documentation and update this material by liaising with our product and engineering teams during our sprint cadence
  • Learning about the unique needs of the sales customer support and implementation needs and building a process to keep them updated on product development
  • Research the online booking tool market to understand how ours compares and help define and communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 plus years of experience as a technical writer on a B2C or B2B software product
  • Ability to convert technical and complex functionality into plain English documentation and training material in a variety of settings
  • A highly organized selfstarter able to build process
  • Bachelor degree
