Join our Division of Budget and Procurement as an Administrative Officer 2 to help ensure our teams have the resources they need to reduce the human and economic impact of the disease of addiction!
The Administrative Officer 2 position will act as the Procurement Liaison for the Department. This position will monitor and oversee the Departments procurement resource account as well as process procurement requests for agency staff. You will also process solicitation and nonsolicitation procurement; create shopping carts and purchase orders; process invoices; and prepare encumbrance adjustments encumbrance liquidations and other adjustments as needed. Our team will also rely on you to develop a reporting system to track procurement expenditures; provide technical assistance on contracting budgeting reporting and procurement guidelines to office staff and other agencies; and provide backup to the other Administrative Officer 2s with the gambling program procurement of training services and the PA Prevention Program.
