- Community Impact: Deliver vital support in realworld settings helping individuals regain independence.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside psychiatrists nurses cooccurring disorder specialists and other mental health professionals ensuring clients receive comprehensive integrated care.
- Advocacy with Integrity: Champion clients rights and preferences ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.
- Professional Growth: Receive up to $65/week for licensure supervision ongoing training and career development opportunities.
What Youll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy to 45 adult clients daily in the community.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care with the ACT team.
- Consult and collaborate with community agencies and families to maintain coordination.
- Participate in daily team meetings to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR.
- Offer oncall crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW/A LPC LMFT/A LCMHC/A).
- Comfortable working in community settings with a valid drivers license.

- Hourly Salary: $52000 to $65000/year $25.00 $31.25/hour based on licensure and experience
