Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals objectives personnel resources and equipment.
- Implement the approved program plan objectives timetables expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility
- Responsible for staffrecruitment performance management performance evaluation and scheduling
- Organize manage and coordinate all operational and administrative processes relative to area of responsibility
- Support teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.
- Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.
REQUIRED:
- Masters degree in counseling or a closely related field
- 4 or more years experience working with Substance Use Disorder population
- 1or more years supervisory experience
- Professional clinical license required (LCAS LCSW LPC LMFT etc. LCAS is preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- CPR and deescalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
PREFERRED:
- LCAS license
- Certified Clinical Supervisor certification
