About us
Job Purpose
To validate and ensure correct payment of services. To manage analyse and report on the data used to validate and verify the various services.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the senior member(s) in the preparation of statements accurately and on time.
- Support the senior member(s) in issuing of market information in line with applicable guidelines and methodology.
- Support the senior member(s) in the provision of accurate and timely preparation and submission of internal and external data reports often to tight deadlines.
- Support the maintenance continuity of systems.
- Support the charging process and obtain appropriate payment authorisation(s).
- Provide interrogation analysis and reporting of data in the databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure all processed data is auditable clear and accurate.
Supervisory/Interpersonal Experience Required
- Manage internal and external customer relationship with support from senior member(s).
Qualifications
- A level/HNC/BTEC or equivalent in numerate or IT subjects required
- Experience with interrogating and analysing data within IT systems including the development and use of adhoc queries
- Ability to pick up new processes quickly and resolve technical issues on own initiative
- Ability to go beyond expectations to satisfy customer expectations
