efore onboarding any new profiles please ensure the following guidelines are strictly followed:
- Overall grooming is essential for all outletlevel employees therefore if a candidate appears with abeard they must agree to remove them as failure to do so may result in rejection during induction.
- The candidate must be comfortable working thethree shift timings as per our operational hours.
- No fresher should be assigned the position of Commi3; inexperienced candidates should be offered the Kitchen Helper position.
- The candidate must have basic reading skills to read our menu items. Also a basic of the job description must be shared with them at the time of interview.
- If hiring a Commi3 ensure they are knowledgeable about different types of vegetable cuts and culinary basics.
