Job Description
This position is a PartTime position remote with some travel into the New Braunfels office. Must be centrally located in Texas. This position will focus on General Ledger Payroll and AP/AR across a growing organization.
Essential Functions:
- Record daytoday financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Manage & process accounts receivable and payables.
- Reconcile Bank Accounts and Expenses
- Comply with all Federal/State/Local taxes
- Invoicing
- Develop Financial Forecast/Statements
- Collections on pastdue invoices
- Handle companys owner other company accounting and personal accounting
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial data analysis.
- Ability to use accounting software to record store and analyze financial data.
- Ability to read write and comprehend instructions correspondence and memos.
- Excellent analytical problemsolvingand decisionmaking skills; high degree of accuracy attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to prepare review and understand a financial statement.
- Experience with State/Local Taxes
- Experience with payroll
- Strong experience with Quickbooks or other accounting systems.
