Role Overview
The Inventory Planner is responsible for endtoend sales and inventory planning with a focus on accurate replenishment optimized allocations and proactive communication across teams and vendors. This is a crossfunctional highimpact role ideal for someone who is analytical detailoriented and thrives in a fastpaced retail environment.
What Youll Do
- Manage daily and weekly replenishment orders for warehouse and stores
- Optimize allocations by identifying sales trends and storelevel opportunities
- Monitor and improve sellthrough margin and inventory turns
- Lead communication with vendors on delivery timing and order management
- Oversee floor set planning storespecific inventory decisions and safety stock levels
- Own key system settings: display minimums allocation profiles etc.
- Drive process improvements and support planning tool upgrades
- Partner with Merchandising Supply Chain and Inventory Control to align on forecasts and strategies
What Youll Bring
- 15 years experience in retail planning allocation or inventory management
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort navigating and learning new systems and software platforms
- Highly proactive organized and detailoriented
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 35 years)

Compensation
The expected starting pay range for this position is $per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity.
