Position Summary
The U.S. Black Chambers (USBC) is seeking a highly motivated professional and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Washington DC team. The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial operations strategy and planning for USBC. This role ensures financial sustainability transparency and compliance while also leading strategic initiatives that support the organizations mission to empower Black business enterprises across the United States. The CFO will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management and administration including planning analysis forecasting and daily accounting operations to drive overall financial performance. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive team the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and thrive in a fastpaced environment.

As CFO you will have access to confidential and proprietary information including financial data strategic plans donor information and internal processes. You are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information and may not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the organization. This obligation extends beyond the duration of your employment with the US Black Chambers.
NonCompete Clause
During your employment with the US Black Chambers and for a period of one years after the termination of your employment you agree not to engage in any activities that directly compete with the organizations mission or objectives. This includes working for or advising organizations with similar goals without prior written consent.
