About the Role
All Saints Insurance Agency is expanding and were looking for a licensed experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to drive growth in our commercial lines department. This is a B2B sales role that rewards relationshipbuilding creative problemsolving and the ability to confidently close deals that protect local businesses.

What Youll Do
  • Follow up on assigned commercial insurance leads and referrals from internal sources
  • Build relationships with business owners and key decisionmakers
  • Develop customized insurance proposals that meet each clients unique risks and needs
  • Present and close commercial policies confidently and compliantly
  • Identify crosssell opportunities with existing accounts
  • Maintain and update activity in our CRM and AMS
What Were Looking For
  • 2 years of experience selling commercial insurance products preferably in an independent agency setting
  • Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)
  • Strong understanding of business insurance coverages (GL BOP WC Commercial Auto etc.
  • Skilled communicator and confident presenter
  • Organized proactive and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Techsavvy and comfortable with modern CRM and AMS platforms
