About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6000 students and employs 725 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
TheHead Girls Swim & Divecoach will oversee our girls swim & diveprogram. This includes advising coordinating and supporting the participants for the girls swim & dive team as well as helping to build a competitive schedule and coordination of invitationals. The coach will also work with theswim & dive booster club who works to support the swim & dive program.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching and/or participation in swim & dive.
Start date: August 11 2025 (Offseason duties would start immediately upon hire)
Schedule: MondayFriday 3:306:00. Some Saturday and evening meets.
Stipend Starting Salary Range: $6382.33$7010.57 according to Group 1 of Schedule C of theCertified Master Contract.
Benefits:No benefit eligibilty other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
