Job Description
Don Jacobs Toyota is looking for a full time estimator working with the customer insurance company and technicians.
Health Dental and Vision Insurance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customer needs are met with quality and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service experience by providing clear communication and building loyal clientele
- Answer telephone and greet customers
- Provide basic information to callers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a Collision Center / Body Shop is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be willing to submit to a background & drug screen prior to employment
