Compensation: $34.83/hourExempt (Plus $0.50/hour for Spanish Bilingual ability)
Hours: Regular fulltime 40 hours/week) subject to normal school furloughs

The Head Start and Early Head Start program strengthens families and closes the achievement gap for over 500 of Central Oregons most vulnerable and atrisk children aged 05 and pregnant mothers. Head Start/Early Head Start integrates highquality early education and family engagement with other critical services.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing designated Head Start classrooms and leading the site staff through coaching mentoring supervision and training. The Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the site complies with Head Start Performance Standards Oregon Child Care Licensing and the Quality Rating Improvement System. Additionally this role requires collaboration with Content Area Coordinators/Managers to ensure integrated and documented service delivery. The position also serves as a communication link between site staff and Head Start Leadership and is an active participant in the Head Start Leadership team.
