Job Description
Your role
In this function you will play a crucial role in assisting our CEO and Chief of Staff with strategic and operational tasks. Your work will contribute to investor relations board meeting preparation and business development activities helping drive the companys success.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and update the Investor CRM system (e.g. HubSpot or equivalent)
- Conduct desk research on potential investors market trends and business opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings including compiling reports and presentations
- Support in creating compelling pitch decks and fundraising materials
- Provide general support to the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and operational tasks
Your profile
- You are a student enrolled at a German university and in a Masters program in Economics Business Administration or a related field
- Previous internship experience in management consulting a startup or a fastpaced business environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication skills particularly in a remote work environment
- Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and work independently
- Reliable structured and selfdriven approach to tasks
- Fluency in English and German

Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. Our solutions help various industries including pharmaceuticals chemicals logistics and finance to tackle complex problems using existing quantum hardware. We aim to make practical quantum computing accessible by significantly reducing the time needed to achieve quantum advantage for realworld applications.
In December 2023 Kipu Quantum secured 10.5 million in seed funding led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds) with participation from Entrada Ventures Quantonation and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardwarespecific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.
