POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:LEAPROS has partnered with multibilliondollar healthcare company that went public earlier this year. They are currently looking to hire a Financial Analyst to their growing team. This role will report into the VP of Finance and will be responsible for supporting strategic/operational initiatives along with risk pool contract adherence. This is a great opportunity to have a large impact on a company that has been growing at a rate of 3050 year over year. The company is based in Southern California; however the role can be 100 remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze data including development of analytical reports including conducting analysis summarizing and interpretation of results.
- Supports the local management teams strategic and operational initiatives to control cost of medical care and other expenses.
- Monitor risk pool contract adherence.
- Monitor and analyze claims payments manual adjustments and other fees assessed to risk pools for appropriateness.
- Experience evaluating potential new products services and programs in the Medicare Medicaid and commercial valuebased care environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Healthcare experience preferred (managed care)
- 3 years of experience
