Job Description
We support the Kingdoms largest and most complex organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness.
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Consultant to work and lead our Customer Experience technical activities designing and deploying business applications mainly Zoho solutions.
The technical consulting lead is responsible for implementing and supervising all business solutions including (Zoho CRM Zoho Finance Zoho People and Zoho One suite).
Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients business analysts and solution architects to understand business requirements and translate them into welldesigned and efficient software solutions using Zohos suite of products.
- Zoho Application Development: Develop customized applications modules and workflows using Zohos lowcode development platform. Utilize Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Analytics and other Zoho tools to build scalable and userfriendly solutions.
- Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Zoho applications to align with specific business needs. Leverage Zohos builtin features automation capabilities and customization options to create tailored solutions.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with external systems databases and APIs. Design and implement data synchronization mechanisms to ensure seamless data flow between Zoho and other systems.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Zoho applications to ensure high quality and reliability. Identify and resolve software defects performance issues and compatibility problems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including system design specifications user guides and API documentation for developed solutions Is a must .
Requirements
Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Inbound Certification (Preferred)
- Sales Enablement (Preferred)
- Content Marketing (Preferred)
- Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing or equivalent (preferred)
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role with expertise in developing solutions using Zohos suite of products.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Analytics and other Zoho tools.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Zoho applications using Zohos lowcode development platform.
- Familiarity with web technologies APIs and integration methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices including version control testing and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Zoho certifications (e.g. Zoho Certified Developer) are a plus.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Being able to work on your own or in a team.
- Being able to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation.
- Handling many tasks & responsibilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
