Responsibilities:
- Build strong lasting relationships to create a dedicated clientele base.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening attentively to their needs.
- Develop extensive product and sales knowledge to become an authority in the field. Stay uptodate on product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
- Master the art of overcoming objections and excelling in sales situations.
- Regularly report objectives activities and analyses to the Sales Manager.
- Approach each day with a positive attitude and bring your best effort to work.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends
- Selfmotivated with a drive to succeed
- Quick to learn new product details and eager to improve
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional and wellgroomed appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
