LETTINGS DIRECTOR / HEAD OF LETTINGS Residential Lettings
Location: Cranleigh GU6
Salary: OTE 60k
Position: FullTime Permanent
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Director / Head of Lettings to set up establish lead and manage a new Lettings Division based in Cranleigh.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to take a step into the ownership of a Lettings division.
The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in lettings ARLA qualified have exceptional leadership and selling skills the ambition to set up and grow a successful lettings division and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive energetic articulate wellpresented and wellspoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.
Previous experience in residential lettings is essential and local knowledge would be helpful.
The salary for the role is negotiable and will be part of an overall longterm package that includes the potential for shares and Directorship within the company.
The skills required for this Lettings Director / Head of Lettings role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings 3 years minimum)
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Cranleigh area preferred
- Full Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- ARLA qualified
