Sonder is on a mission to revolutionize hospitality and make a world of better stays open to all. No two Sonders are the same each property has a bespoke design and contains a mix of rooms suites and apartments. We are looking for someone who breathes hospitality operations and is energized by the opportunity to maximize motivate and inspire a team to deliver an amazing Sonder guest experience. Our Sonder locations are distributed across a city in different shapes sizes ages and styles and we pride ourselves on offering a hotellike service. Thats what youll own.

The Opportunity:
Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains wellstocked at all times.
Receiving and preparing beverage orders and serving them to the guests.
Resolving customers queries and complaints
Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service
Ensuring when needed other areas of the property are clean and tidy
Travel to multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market as required
Who We Look For
Guestcentric and positive mindset
Previous experience in the hospitality industrypreferably with a similar role
Very good knowledge of food safety guidelines
Organized hardworking and detailoriented
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
Thrives in a fast paced everchanging always challenging startup environment
Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication
Open to work during the weekends
Ability to lift/carry items and stand/walk for extended periods of time
Previous experience working in hospitality service and/or customer experience
