Reva HR Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **HR Fresher** to join our growing team. If youre passionate about recruitment and HR functions this is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources.
**HR Recruiter Fresher (Female) **
Location: Bibwewadi Pune
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Use job portals social media and networking to source candidates for various roles.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Followup: Ensure timely followup with candidates regarding interview feedback offer letters etc.
HR Documentation: Assist in managing employee records documentation and HR compliance.
Database Management: Maintain an uptodate database of candidates and potential future hires.
Team Support: Provide general HR support to senior HR professionals and managers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate/ Diploma in HR Management or related field)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
TechSavvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and the ability to learn HR tools and systems.
Attention to Detail: Ability to organize and maintain records accurately.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
