Job Overview
We are seeking a midlevel RSA Archer Developer to join our team in locations including Mumbai Bangalore Urban Hyderabad and Delhi. This role requires expertise in RSA Archer Configuration and GRC to effectively manage and configure the RSA Archer platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing governance risk and compliance processes across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in RSA Archer Configuration (Mandatory skill) with handson experience to effectively manage develop and configure the RSA Archer platform for business requirements.
- Strong understanding of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) frameworks and practices to enhance existing compliance programs and systems (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to effectively utilize SQL for querying databases and integrating data seamlessly into RSA Archer applications.
- Experience in JavaScript scripting to automate and extend the functionality within the RSA Archer platform.
- Knowledge of API Integration to facilitate data flow between RSA Archer and other systems ensuring robust intersystem communication.
- Skilled in Data Analysis to monitor and assess data ensuring accuracy in risk management and compliance processes.
- Competency in Workflow Development to create and modify complex workflows supporting various business processes within RSA Archer.
- Strong ProblemSolving skills to address and resolve complex issues related to platform configuration and application development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and configure RSA Archer workflows reports and dashboards to support business risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into Archer solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Perform data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of risk management frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Integrate Archer with other enterprise applications ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides to facilitate user training and knowledge dissemination.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving RSA Archerrelated issues providing technical support where necessary.
- Participate in the development and modification of RSA Archer applications enhancing functionality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in security risk management and compliance processes.
