Location: Hybrid with 12 days per week in our Irvine CA office

About the role:

The Vice President of Growth Marketing will be instrumental in driving our overall growth strategy by spearheading customer acquisition revenue optimization and marketing innovation. This strategic and datadriven leader will oversee a broad range of initiativesincluding affiliate programs digital advertising and website and funnel optimizationto ensure scalable highimpact marketing strategies. The VP of Growth Marketing will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that our marketing initiatives are fully aligned with the GTM plan product vision and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a productled growth strategy that drives adoption and engagement through lifecycle marketing paid advertising affiliate marketing website experiences and other channels.
  • Design and execute highgrowth crossfunctional marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product management engineering marketing sales and customer success teams to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics A/B testing and performance metrics for datadriven decision making to optimize marketing spend and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Stay ahead of market trends understand customer needs and monitor the competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance to senior leadership to shape product strategy define development priorities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and oversee Marketing teams driving high performance accountability to KPIs strategic resource allocation and seamless crossfunctional collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management growth marketing or related roles with a track record of driving productled growth/Demand Gen in highgrowth environments.
  • Deep understanding of productled growth principles methodologies and best practices with a focus on usercentric design and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams foster innovation and drive results in a fastpaced dynamic environment as well as lead a key area of our marketing team
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

The annual base salary range for this position is $225000$265000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of our highly attractive incentive plans full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
